I am so far out of my comfort zone on this one it’s actually scaring me. Why? Because I’m finding out that baby steps have no place in a branding challenge. :)

One of the tasks we’ve been asked to do is solicit some real, blunt, honest feedback. So I have a half-dozen questions for you (borrowed shamelessly from Tiffany Dow), and I would appreciate your blunt, honest feedback here.

You can answer the questions in the comments, or you can email me your answers if you’d rather. You can even answer anonymously if you want to.

The subject of books has come up over and over again this past weekend. So I decided that I would write an article on the importance of books in personal development. And I’d like your help.

What book (or books, since we all know you can’t read just one *grin*) have you found most helpful in terms of your personal growth?

That’s what acorns are to me — signs of new life. So when, a few years back, a chatroom friend gave me the virtual gift of a gold acorn and told me to plant and nurture it carefully because it held my hopes and dreams along with the seed of a new oak tree, the idea for “The Acorn Stash” was born.

This is the second incarnation of the “Stash.” I wasn’t ready for it the first time around. And only time will tell what direction I’ll end up going and whether or not this journey will be a successful one. But I’m ready to embrace a new life for myself, and to help you plant the seeds for your own new life whatever they may be.

For now, I’m just happy to be here, and very grateful both for the second chance. I’m also grateful to you for sharing a moment or two along the way. :)
